Tour Policy

Itineraries: The shows and attractions listed on our itineraries are the ones for which we currently hold reservations. However, changes in the featured performers or availability of attractions, are changes over which we have no control. If changes occur, we will do our best to book shows of comparable quality.

Payment: $50.00 deposit for Multi-day trips up to 4 days (extended trip), $100 deposit for 5 days & up multi-day trips. Final Payment is due 5 weeks prior to departure for all trips. If we donít receive full payment at 5 weeks prior to departure, you will automatically be canceled, your seat will be resold and your deposit refunded to you. Please see the Tour Policy for Deposits on Alaska, Cruises and International Tours as this is different than motorcoach tours.

Departures/Pickups: Please indicate your choice of pickup point at the time you make your reservation. Notify us if you are traveling with a friend/companion. Pickup service will be subject to the approval of management and availability of equipment. No changes will be made to the pickup point 4 working days prior to departure. Passengers: In order to provide maximum comfort for all our passengers, Peoria Charter Coach Company has adopted a No-Smoking/No Alcohol policy on PCC Tours. We will make rest stops approximately every two hours for your convenience. Appropriate clothes and shoes must be worn when attending lunch/dinner theatre shows. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes for all our tours. Each passenger is allowed one suitcase free of charge on extended trips. An additional carry-on bag is also permitted but must be carried by the passenger. Minimum age for passengers on PCC Tours is four (4) years of age. If you have special needs, please discuss this with the office when you make your reservation.

Insurance: Travel Insurance is optional however, we Strongly suggest for trips 5 days and more, you purchase the insurance. Insurance forms are enclosed with your original confirmation on all extended trips. Mail your form and payment directly to the insurance company. *Note: To take advantage of the "Pre-Existing" clause, you need to pay the insurance within 10 days of mailing Peoria Charter Coach your deposit.

Cancellation/Refunds:
Emergency Cancellation (the evening before or morning of the trip). Please call 800-448-0572, then press 0 and leave a message for the dispatcher. Be sure to give your name, the tour name and the departure date you were scheduled on.

Once final payment is made, any cancellation before departure of an extended trip will be charged $50 per person processing fee plus any non-refundable reservation costs (i.e. non-refundable hotel deposits, attractions/show tickets).

Once payment is made, any cancellation before departure on a day trip will be charged $15 per person processing fee, plus any non-refundable reservation costs (i.e. non-refundable attractions/show tickets or meals).

Once payment is made, any cancellation before departure on a SuperSaver Trip (transportation only) is $10 per person processing fee. "No Shows" forfeit all monies paid to Peoria Charter Coach Company.

Opryland, New York City, Washington D.C. cancellation for a full refund is 70 days before departure. When refunding, please allow 7-10 business days following cancellation for processing. See the individual cancellation and refund policies for Alaska, Cruises and International tours.

Gratuities: If you feel your Driver and Escort have done an excellent job, it is appropriate to tip them.
