5:45 AM - Meet your escort at PCC Plaza Waiting Room at the corner of NE Adams & Alexander Streets (Enter off Alexander) 6:00 AM - Depart Peoria for the "Windy City" – Chicago, Illinois. Relax and enjoy Continental Breakfast* aboard the coach as we travel. We’ll make a rest stop along the way to stretch your legs. 10:00 AM - We pickup our Step-on Gangster Guide* and begin our Gangster Tour* of Chicago. What fun we’ll have as you’re given the history of the Gangster Era as well as see some of the sights where they operated. Noon - It’s time to say good-bye to our Gangster Guide and head to Tommy Guns Garage – Chicago’s only Speakeasy Dinner Theatre* for Lunch & Show*. 12:30 PM - Enter through da rear entrance under da "EL" tracks. Psssst…..if you know da password to get in, you’ll be transported back to da 1920’s, complete with Da Gangsters and Da Flappers, Roaring 20’s Music, Silent Movies, Memorabilia from Da 1920’s Da Boss’s 1928 Ford Model "A" car, a replica of Da St. Valentines Day Wall, and pictures of Da Gangsters and Da Coppers from da times. You’ll be served with great food and great hooch (dat’s alcohol) by Da Gangsters and Da Flappers. (Alcoholic beverages are on your own .) 4:00 PM - It’s time to depart for home after a wonderful day with the Gangsters and Flappers. We’ll make a break stop for a meal along the way. Pretzels & Soda* will be served en route as well. 8:30 PM - Approximate arrival time back in Peoria.
