Day #1 - Saturday, February 21st: 6:45 AM - Meet your escort at Peoria Charter Coach waiting room at the corner of NE Adams & Alexander Streets. 7:00 AM - Depart Peoria headed southeast to "Florida's East Coast"! Enjoy a Continental Breakfast* on board the coach as we travel as well as making rest and meal stops along the way as needed. 5:30 PM - We arrive at our home for the night and have dinner on our own with the remainder of the evening to relax and rest up before our next long travel day. Day #2 - Sunday, February 22nd: After enjoying Continental Breakfast*, we depart for the Hunter Museum of American Art in Chattanooga for a tour*. Perched on an 80-foot bluff on the edge of the Tennessee River, the museum offers stunning views of the river and the surrounding mountains. Later in the day, enjoy Dinner* and head to our en route hotel. Day #3 - Monday, February 23rd: Continental Breakfast* is served. Today we arrive in sunny Florida. Enjoy a leisurely Dinner* at a local restaurant and check into our Jacksonville area hotel for a four-night stay. Day #4 - Tuesday, February 24th: Enjoy a Continental Breakfast* this morning before we begin our adventure to historic Kingsley Plantation. Next we're off to Amelia Island, southernmost island of the Atlantic coast barrier islands that stretch from North Carolina to Florida. After taking a Guided Tour* of this beautiful island, we'll break for lunch (on your own) at the historical district "Fernandina Beach" and have an opportunity to stroll along this stunning beach. Tonight we'll relax and enjoy dinner* at a local restaurant. Day #5 - Wednesday, February 25th: Today after enjoying a Continental Breakfast*, we'll take a guided tour* of charming St. Augustine, America's first city. During our tour, we'll stop for a visit at the famous "Fountain of Youth". Then, browse the shoppes on historic St. George Street. This evening, enjoy an exclusive Dinner Party with Entertainment*. Day #6 - Thursday, February 26th: After enjoying yet another Continental Breakfast* our day begins with a guided tour* of beautiful Jacksonville! Afterwards, experience a narrated cruise* on the St. John's River. This evening, you'll enjoy Dinner* at a local restaurant. Day #7 - Friday, February 27th: Continental Breakfast* is served at the hotel before we check out and board the coach for Macon, Georgia and the Georgia Music Hall of Fame Tour*. This museum features permanent and changing exhibits that include music, video, memorabilia, instruments, performance costumes, and more. This evening, enjoy dinner* en route to your hotel for the night. Day #8 - Saturday, February 28th: Continental Breakfast* is served and then we're off for a visit to the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library & Museum* in Atlanta. Tonight, dinner is on your own en route to your next overnight stop. Day #9 - Sunday, March 1st: 8:00 AM - The final Continental Breakfast* is served and we're off towards home making rest and meal stops along the way as needed. 6:00 PM - Approximate arrival time back in Peoria.
