Be a part of this timely tour that will acquaint you with the families in our area that are on the cutting edge of the "Eat Local" movement. We'll shop two local Farmer's Markets (Peoria & Bloomington areas) and tour three farmer's fields to learn about their efforts in producing the many unique varieties of fruits and vegetables. We'll visit businesses who value organic and/or local ingredients and produce the freshest and most flavorful foods in our area. We'll enjoy demo's and tastings throughout the day.
