7:15 AM - Meet your escort at PCC Plaza Waiting Room at the corner of NE Adams & Alexander Streets (Enter off Alexander) 7:30 AM - Let's board the coach and depart for the "Windy City" - Chicago! We'll make a fast food stop along the way to stretch your legs. 11:30 AM - Arriving in Chicago, we'll drop you off at Macy's where you can enjoy lunch and shopping on your own. 1:15 PM - We'll meet at the Ford's Oriental Theatre for our afternoon performance of "Wicked" - The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz*. Long before Dorothy drops in, two other girls meet in the Land of Oz. One, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. How these two unlikely friends end up as the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good Witch makes for the most spellbinding new musical in years. (2:00 PM Showtime) 5:00 PM - What a fantastic performance and insight into the Wizard of Oz story. We board our awaiting coach and depart for home making a 1-hour dinner stop along the way. 9:30 PM - Approximate arrival time back in Peoria.
