Day #1 - Saturday, October 4th: 7:00 AM - Depart from your designated pickup location at the time listed on your final confirmation, which you will receive 2 weeks prior to departure. Today our travels take us into Ohio where we'll overnight. Relax and enjoy Continental Breakfast* on board the coach. We'll make rest & meal stops along the way. Don't forget to set your watches ahead an hour today as we enter the Eastern Time Zone. PM - We arrive at our home for the night where you'll have time to grab dinner on your own and relax after our long travel day. Day #2 - Sunday, October 5th: Continental Breakfast* is served at the hotel this morning. 9:00 AM -This morning we depart for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History for a tour*. This museum's innovative displays showcase everything from dinosaur bones to astronomical equipment. Later in the day, we'll enjoy Dinner* and then check into our en route hotel for the evening. Day #3 - Monday, October 6th: Continental Breakfast* is served. Welcome to Cape Cod - the perfect example of all that is New England! This evening you'll have Dinner* and be greeted with a Champagne Punch Welcome Reception*. Day #4 - Tuesday, October 7th: Another Continental Breakfast* awaits us before we set out to visit the lovely Village of Hyannis. You'll enjoy a tour* of the JFK Museum, an exhibit designed to open a window on the days JFK spent on Cape Cod. Next, we'll visit the John F. Kennedy Memorial* in Hyannis. And lastly, we'll head to the quaint Village of Sandwich, where you'll see a 17th Century Grist Mill*. Our day will end with a relaxing Dinner*. Day #5 - Wednesday, October 8th: Enjoy another Continental Breakfast* before we set off to explore more of Cape Cod. Our morning begins with a ferry ride* to the famous get-a-way island - Martha's Vineyard. Soak up the charm of this lovely island with its delightful homes, unique shops, historical sites, and beautiful Lighthouses. This evening, enjoy the signature meal that no trip to New England is complete without - a Cape Cod Lobster Dinner*. Day #6 - Thursday, October 9th: Continental Breakfast* awaits you again this morning. Our last day in Cape Cod begins with a Guided Tour* of the Outer Cape. Visit the Eastham Windmill, the Cape Cod National Seashore Race Point Visitor Center, and the Marconi Station area with its spectacular "ocean to bay" view across the entire cape. Then, we'll make a stop in colorful Provincetown - home to artists, great galleries, stores & boutiques. Next, we'll breathe in the salt air in Chatham with its panoramic views of the Atlantic and rustic barrier beaches. Tonight, enjoy Dinner and entertainment*. Day #7 - Friday, October 10th: Continental Breakfast* is served this morning. We say "Goodbye" to Cape Cod as we make our way to Verona, New York for our overnight stay. After a relaxing Dinner*, we check into our hotel en route. Day #8 - Saturday, October 11th: Another Continental Breakfast* is served this morning. Today we'll go to the beautiful Buffalo & Erie Botanical Gardens for a tour*. Lunch & Dinner are on your own today before we check into our en route hotel. Day #9 - Sunday, October 12th: Enjoy our final Continental Breakfast* before we depart for home on the final leg of our journey. Don't forget to set your watches back an hour as we re-enter the Central Time Zone. 8:00 PM - This is the approximate arrival time back in Peoria. Please refer to the final itinerary for the return time to your specific pickup location.
