Day #1 - Sun., June 15th: 7:00 AM - Depart Peoria headed northeast to our overnight stop. We'll enjoy Continental Breakfast* on board the coach as we travel. We'll also make rest and meal stops along the way as needed. Lunch & Dinner are on your own today en route. Don't forget to set your watches ahead one hour, as we enter the Eastern Time Zone! 7:30 PM - This evening we'll check into our hotel for the night where you can relax after a long travel day. Day #2 - Mon., June 16th: Continental Breakfast* is included this morning. 8:30 AM - Let's board the coach and depart for our destination - Niagara Falls, Canada. We'll make a rest stop and a lunch stop (on your own) along the way. 3:00 PM - We arrive at our Niagara hotel for the next 4 nights, check in and have a relaxing dinner* this evening. Day #3 - Tues., June 17th: Start the day with a Continental Breakfast* before we begin our day of touring this historical city. 9:00 AM - We depart for a cruise* aboard the Maid of the Mist where you'll enjoy an awe-inspiring view of the mighty Niagara Falls. 11:15 AM -We meet the coach and begin our Guided Tour* of the Niagara Falls area. You'll enjoy another view of the Falls at Table Rock Point where you'll be able to grab lunch on your own and get in a little shopping. After lunch we'll visit the beautiful Queen of Victoria Park - home of one of the largest Floral Clocks and a view of the Whirlpool Rapids. 4:30 PM - Dinner* is served this evening at Skylon Tower where you'll also enjoy a breath-taking view of the falls. Following dinner, take the elevator ride to the outdoor observation deck for another beautiful view. 6:30 PM - We depart for the hotel. Day #4 - Wed., June 18th: Enjoy another Continental Breakfast* at the hotel. 8:00 AM - Our Guide* meets us at the hotel and we depart for the short drive to Toronto and our first attraction this morning. 10:00 AM - We arrive in Toronto at Casa Loma for a self guided tour*. Casa Loma is one of Canada's most famous castles. Explore the "secret passages, relax in the manicured gardens, or browse the Castle Keep Gift Show. Noon - Our next stop is at the Eaton Center where you'll be able to get lunch on your own and a little more shopping. 2:00 PM - Our afternoon is filled with a tour* of this magnificent city. 4:30 PM - Dinner* tonight is included at Town & Country Buffet. 6:00 PM - It's time to board the coach and depart for our hotel in Niagara. Relax and enjoy the ride. Day #5 - Thurs., June 19th: Continental Breakfast* awaits us this morning before we enjoy another day of touring. 9:30 AM - Today we're off for a full day of touring* Niagara Falls with our guide*. We'll make a stop at the Welland Canals Centre - the best place to view ships on the canal. Next we'll set out for Niagara-on-the-Lake, passing through the picturesque Wine Country & Canada's "Fruit Belt". Enjoy some free time to stroll, shop and have lunch on your own in Niagara-on-the-Lake, known as one of North America's prettiest little towns and the site of the War of 1812. 4:30 PM - Dinner* is served at a local restaurant. 6:30 PM - Approximate departure time back to the hotel. Day #6 - Fri., June 20th: Continental Breakfast* is served at the hotel prior to checking out and beginning our journey towards home. 9:30 AM - Say "Goodbye" to Canada as we make our way back into the states making stops along the way to stretch your legs and for lunch on your own. 1:00 PM - We arrive in Erie, Pennsylvania at the Erie Maritime Museum for a tour*. Enjoy the story of the U.S. Brig Niagara, Pennsylvania's historic flagship immortalized by the battle flag, "Don't Give up the Ship". See the dramatic story of the Battle of Lake Erie and America's often forgotten War of 1812. 2:30 PM - After the tour, we depart for Ohio enjoying dinner on our own en route. 6:00 PM - We arrive at our hotel for our overnight stay. You'll have the remainder of the evening to relax. Day #7 - Sat., June 30th: One final Continental Breakfast* awaits us before we depart for the final leg of our journey home. 8:30 AM - We check out, board the coach and begin our journey home. We'll make rest and meal stops along the way as needed. Don't forget to set your watches back an hour upon entering Illinois as we've re-entered the Central Time Zone. 7:15 PM - This is the approximate arrival time back in Peoria. Please refer to the final itinerary for the return time to your specific pickup location.
