7:15 AM - Meet your escort at PCC Plaza Waiting Room at the corner of NE Adams & Alexander Streets (Enter off Alexander) 7:30 AM - Let's board the coach and depart for the "Windy City" - Chicago! We'll make a fast food stop along the way to stretch your legs. 11:30 AM - Arriving in Chicago, we'll drop you off in "The Loop Area" (near Macy's - the former Marshall Fields on State & Randolph) where you can enjoy lunch and shopping on your own. 1:15 PM - About 2-3 blocks from Macy's is the Cadillac Palace Theater where we'll enjoy a fantastic afternoon performance of "Dirty Dancing" - The Classic Story on Stage*. This show is a coming of age love story involving the talented and headstrong dancer Johnny Castle and Frances "Baby" Houseman. During her family's summer holiday at the popular Kellerman's resort, Baby, a doctor's daughter with dreams of joining the Peace Corps, meets Johnny, the guy from the wrong side of the tracks. Against all odds, they fall in love, learning life-changing lessons along the way. Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story on Stage follows the highs & lows of their summer romance. (2:00 PM Showtime) 5:00 PM - What a fantastic performance of love and romance. We board our awaiting coach and depart for home making a 1-hour dinner stop along the way. 9:30 PM - Approximate arrival time back in Peoria.
