Day #1 - Monday, December 1st: 6:45 AM - Driver reports to Waiting Room. 7:00 AM - Depart Peoria from PCC Plaza Waiting Room to the Music Capital of the World - Nashville, Tennessee. En route we'll enjoy Continental Breakfast* aboard the coach as well as making rest and meal stops as needed along the way. 4:00 PM - Arriving in Nashville, we check into Gaylord's Opryland Hotel and our Atrium View Rooms*. You'll have time to freshen up prior to our evening entertainment. 5:30 PM - This evening we'll enjoy the Louise Mandrell Christmas Dinner Party* here at Opryland. A traditional holiday dinner with all the trimmings while Louise and her band perform her favorite Christmas songs, as well as her top ten hits. (5:30 PM Show Time) Day #2 - Tuesday, December 2nd: We've got a leisurely morning to enjoy the beautiful decorations and Christmas spirit happening here at the hotel. Breakfast is on your own this morning. You'll have time to visit the Treasures for the Holiday Craft Show*, the Hall of Trees Exhibit*, and the Ice Sculpture Exhibit* either this morning or this afternoon. 11:00 AM - Immerse yourself in the proud tradition of the great showboats of yesteryear and delight in the panoramic sights of the scenic Cumberland River as you enjoy a leisurely two-and-a-half-hour afternoon cruise aboard The General Jackson(r) Showboat*. Experience southern hospitality at its best aboard our midday holiday luncheon cruise. (11:30 AM Reservation) 2:45 PM - For those who'd like to get in a little shopping time, we'll drop you at Opry Mills Shopping Mall*. You can use your VIP Coupon Booklet* included with your package from Opryland Hotel towards some great savings. If you're not a shopper, you can relax and enjoy the beauty and holiday spirit at the hotel. (Dinner is on your own at either place) 6:00 PM - We meet our coach and depart for our ride downtown to the Ryman Auditorium and the Grand Ole Opry*. Enjoy Country Music legends as they continue performing on the nationally acclaimed WSM 650 radio station. Never knowing which artist will make a surprise appearance, the Opry is where country rocks, bluegrass rules and western swings. (7:00 PM Show) 10:00 PM Approximate return time to the hotel for the evening. Day #3 - Wednesday, December 3rd: AM - Breakfast is on your own this morning. 9:00 AM - We meet our Gray Line Tour Guide* for a morning City Tour of Nashville. You'll learn all kinds of interesting and historic facts about this unique city. Noon - We bid adeau to our guide with Holiday Cheer and return to the hotel to take in some of the exhibits and things you haven't had a chance to see yet. Or you might want us to drop you off at the mall again for a 2nd chance at those last minute gifts. 6:00 PM - Dinner buffet* is served at Water's Edge Marketplace before we take our seats for a magnificent evening performance. 7:00 PM - Let's make our way to our final show here in Nashville - the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes*. The Rockettes thrill audiences of all ages with a dazzling musical production that includes the legendary "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" and the "Living Nativity". (8:00 PM Show) Day #4 - Thursday, December 4th: 8:00 AM - Breakfast* is served at Water's Edge Marketplace before we depart towards home. 9:00 AM - It's time to end our magical experience here in Nashville as we check out and depart for home. We'll make rest and meal stops along the way as needed. 7:00 PM - Approximate arrival time back in Peoria.
